Soft fruit with yoghurt dip
- Age: 10–12 months (Self-feeding)
- Texture: Finger food
- Prep: 4 min
- Cook: 0 min
- Makes: 1 portion
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp full-fat plain yoghurt
- 1/2 banana, in sticks
- 1/2 ripe peach, in wedges
- 1/2 ripe pear, in wedges
Contains: Milk
Method
- Cut the fruit into finger-sized pieces.
- Serve with the yoghurt to dip — or dip and hand over.
Safety: Ripe, soft fruit in sticks and wedges, never rounds. Always sit your baby upright and stay with them while they eat.
Storage: Serve fresh.
Tip: Dipping is a skill in itself and the way many babies come to like yoghurt.
