Apple rings with yoghurt dip
- Age: 2–3 years (Little cook)
- Texture: Finger food
- Prep: 4 min
- Cook: 0 min
- Makes: 1 portion
Ingredients
- 1 apple, cored and sliced into thin rings
- 3 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Contains: Milk
Method
- Slice the apple into rings thin enough to bend.
- Your child stirs the cinnamon into the yoghurt and dips.
Safety: Apple sliced thin enough to bend — thick raw chunks are still a choking risk at this age.
