- Cook: 0 min
- Makes: 1 portion
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp houmous, low-salt or homemade
- 1/4 cucumber
Contains: Sesame
Method

- Serve with the houmous to dip — or pre-loaded on the stick.
Safety: Sticks, not rounds. Shop houmous can be salty — check the label or make your own. Always sit your baby upright and stay with them while they eat.

Tip: Cucumber is cool on sore gums and the first raw vegetable most babies manage, because it is soft enough to gum.
