Ingredients
- 150 g egg noodles

- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp low-salt soy sauce
Contains: Wheat, Egg, Soy
Method
- Cook the noodles. Stir-fry the tofu in the oil until golden; add the vegetables and ginger with a splash of water and cook 5 minutes until soft.

Safety: Noodles cut short; vegetables cooked soft. Serve your child's portion first, then salt the rest for the adults. Under three, the daily limit is about 2 g of salt in total.
Storage: Eat the day it is made.
Tip: Fast, colourful, and the vegetables get eaten because they are tangled in noodles.
