- Cook: 12 min
- Makes: 2 adults and 2 children
Ingredients
- 300 g pork, in thin strips
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- a handful mangetout
- 1 carrot, in matchsticks
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp low-salt soy sauce
- 200 g rice
Contains: Soy
Method
- Stir-fry the pork in the oil with the ginger 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the vegetables and a splash of water; cook 4 minutes until soft.
- Serve on rice; chop your child's pork. Soy for the adults.
